He specializes in comprehensive healthcare and medical insurance options, with a unique expertise in French expatriate coverage.
Julien Mathieu serves as the Official CFE Representative for Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China. In this role, he advises individuals, families, and companies, helping them choose optimal health coverage and complementary top-up plans.
Appointed as a French Foreign Trade Advisor (CCE), he also supports the international growth of French businesses. Fluent in French and English, he manages a team of advisors delivering tailored, independent medical insurance strategies across major Asian markets.
